I made this the other day and it is so good and easy that I wanted to share with everyone. It will impress everyone!!!
1 pkg (8 squares) Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
1 chocolate cake mix - I used Devil Food - Duncan HInes
1 - 4oz. Jello Chocolate Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 - 8 oz. frozen Cool Whip
Oven at 350 degrees - grease two 9 inch round baking pans
Chop 2 of the chocolate in small pieces and set aside
Beat cake mix, dry pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and water iin large bowl with mixer. Then stir in chopped choclate.
Spoon into pans and bake 30 - 35 minutes - Let cool
Frosting - place frozen whipped topping and remaining 6 chocolate squares in microwaveable bowl. Chopped chocolate into small pieces first. Microwave on HIgh 1 minutes - stir around and keep microwaving until all chocolate is melted - Let sit for 15 minutes so it can thicken
Frost your cake -
Taste even better the longer it sits in refrigerator!!!!
