This morning I tried a new recipe and it was SO good and would be perfect for guests or a special breakfast. The biggest bonus is that it is really easy and cheap too!

I make steel cut oats in my slow cooker overnight so the next morning just take flat ovenproof bowls and slice a banana into the bottom of each. Cover with your cooked steel cut oats. Then sprinkle on a tablespoon of sugar and take a blow torch and brûlée the sugar just like you would for creme brûlée. Get it nice and dark brown and let cool for a couple of minutes.

The sugar and banana makes it just sweet enough, it was really delicious.

Cant wait to have overnight guests to try it on them, lol!
