It was just on. I was ready to write it down, but he went so fast. I saw it before, and it looks great. I have regular Bananas Foster, but the Italian one has something extra.
Does anyone know where I can find it? (I'm not on FB)

I thought the representative said some of the recipes can be found on qvc.com and also on the allclad website. HTH

Checked both places. Not there.

I "think" I found the recipe on YouTube. An Italian girl is presenting it.....

Thanks @Mz iMac - this is one version, but it's not his version. I have made regular a number of times in the past. He did not flambe his, and he added Frangelico (I think), but I'm not sure how much. His recipe seemed a lot more simple.

Hi @beach-mom
Sorry, I did not see the show but this is a good recipe. Sometimes, I swap out the Frangelico and use Ameretto with toasted almonds.
Bananas Frangelico (Recipe)
Ingredients and Method
1. Mix 3/4 cup light brown sugar, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon in a bowl.
2. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan and add the sugar/spice mixture.
3. Add 5 tablespoons of Frangelico and 4 tablespoons of banana liqueur to the pan and stir over heat until the sauce is syrupy.
4. Add the 4 firm bananas, sliced lengthwise, and heat through, turning the sauce over the bananas with a spoon to coat them.
5. Light the pan on fire! When the flames die down, add 2 fl-oz heavy cream and mix. put banana on each plate with vanilla ice cream. Pour extra sauce over them, top them with chopped toasted hazelnuts and serve IMMEDIATELY!

Thanks for your help @Wayne-QVC and @rrpell! I'll play with a couple of these and see what I can come up with. I do know it had the liqueur and chopped hazelnuts on top, and I know he did not flambe it.

I wouldn't try the flambe part. Unless of course I had a large kitchen with a high ceiling.
