Swollen feet are a medical problem which should be discussed with a doctor.  Shoes are not the solution.

In adition to seeing a doctor, if you're a user of salt, I'd cut back.

The TSV might help make your feet more comfortable but please see a doctor, swelling in the feet, ankles and legs is a sign of water retention and should seriously be addressed.

Feet can swell for a variety of reasons. I had a lot of swelling in my ankles that improved dramatically after some changes to my diet. The causes of swelling can be varied. But I wouldn't count on any shoe to help with that.

My feet swell everytime I wear a pair of very flat flip flops, and that IS a fact! I don't have problems except when I wear those-(Clarks FLAT flip flops). I stopped wearing them & no more swelling. I recently ruined my everyday flip flops, grabbed my Clarks to wear.....my feet swelled after wearing them only a few hrs.

YES, certain shoes CAN make you feet swell! I know this for a fact!
