Why Did Kimberly Wells Leave HSN, Go To ShopNBC?

I was flipping the channels between QVC and ShopNBC today and saw Kimberly Wells hosting. I know she's been on ShopNBC for a few months, but I don't know how long she's been there and why she left HSN. ShopNBC seems like such a last place competitor compared to QVC and HSN.
