RETURNS TO QVC ONTAR

Strange. I returned an item to QVC Ontario,CA via USPS first class. USPS says they attempted to deliver on July 24 but were unable to access location. The attempted to deliver again with the same issue. I have a tracking number and am getting updates from the post office and this is what they are telling me. Very strange

@Teddixat - The 24th was a Saturday, so it's quite possible the business location was not open to take delivery; hopefully the issue will be resolved for you soon.

Why were you returning something to the Ontario, CA warehouse?

That has never been listed for returns. They might not even accept it there.

I hope USPS returns it to you so you can return it again to the proper warehouse.

I've never heard of a return going to Ontario, CA. I know things are shipped from there.

But did the address QVC specified for your return (i.e. the address on their pre-paid label) show Ontario, CA as the correct return destination? If it was supposed to go to a different warehouse, that could be causing an issue.

Perhaps the mods can help you out and check into this.
