I placed an order on dec 16 for well over $700. The order was cancelled & the customer service dept now calls me by a different name every time I call. Not to mention, my credit card authorization hold STILL has not been released! I'm pretty upset and when I call customer service, they tell me they can't help. Something told me not to order!!!! Should've listened to my instincts
