Finally figured out why I wasn't getting the TSV email every day

There was a message on my account that my email address was undeliverable. I suspect Q turned it off when my yahoo account got hacked a while back and was sending out spam.

I called CS and they were able to reset it for me and I should be receiving emails again.

I also stopped getting order confirmations and AD shipment notices.
