@Tissyanne  I am so sorry about your Sugarbear.  She is in my prayers and so are you.

As far as your older vet, perhaps you could see him tomorrow if he is in.  If you have been a patient of his in the past, maybe they can work you in.  It is hard to begin with a new vet.  I really believe that the older, general vets have such a wealth of knowledge from the experience of seeing many things come through their doors over the years.  There is a place for specialists, but there is something about a seasoned vet.

She did do a urinalysis recently for the same symptoms. She had a bladder infection then, and since the same symptoms have returned, she is treating her for another bladder infection. With the problem recurring so soon, she thinks stones are likely causing this.

I wanted to let all of you know that my Sugarbear has responded to her medications, and for now she seems to be settled down. I know this will reoccur, but am hopeful that will be a while, and thank all of you for your continued prayers. You are each one very kind, and special.

Tissyanne I am so glad your Sugarbear is rsponding and doinng better. I will keep her my prayers as always and you too. All of these pictures and prayers are so very sweet. The ladies here are the best.
