@Trudey - just wanted to be sure you saw this thread.  The baby photo where the pup is being held up is soooooo adorable.  

 

Congrats to the dog and his human family.  Daisy is getting a great home, I can already tell!  Smiley Happy

Understanding what it means that your dog is a dog is our first priority as responsible dog owners.  But the saddest part of turning your dog into a person is that you inevitably lose sight of the dog.  He becomes a surrogate child or a surrogate friend or a surrogate lover instead of the wonderful dog he is.

@YorkieonmyPillow  DAISY was the name of my sweet Quincy's dog momma.  She was  (is?)  a sweet girl.  I bet you are thrilled for this new addition to your family.  One of life's best things.
