The whole system is down.  Tried to order over the phone and rep said "system is updating, please call back".  Of all the times!

Calling on the phone to place order is not working either as C/S is tied into the dot com site. I can't even check my order status to see if the order went through. The updating is unable to calculate tax also. But on the off chance I ordered 2 items, then I can cancel one of them post update.

No phone orders either! The CS rep said it will take one hour to fix the system.
