Louis' Anniversary Necklace

Has anyone ordered the Anniversary Necklace?  Please let me know how you like it when received.  I'm hesitating because of the size of the medallion, if it's too large.  Thank you in advance!

I'm wondering if they are waiting till May which is his anniversary.  They had the elephant necklace on the 2:00AM show, although lovely it is too large a piece for me.
