They are right at my ankles, too, just not above the ankles like on most of the models.

I bought big this time, too. Lots of reorders in new colors and I can't resist a new pair of black pants or a new dress.  And, of course, three pieces of jewelry.

Wow. I am impressed with how good those capri leggings look on Maria. When he held them up over by the table, I cracked out laughing from images of me squiggling into those things (squiggling - a combination of wiggling while screaming).
