Linea Safari Shirt Sizing A214117

I purchase a lot of Linea, but I have never purchased this particular shirt.  I will be purchasing the Lt. Tan.  I wear a Medium in the Linea Animal Jacquard jacket, Whisper Knit Mostly medium, but sometimes I size down to small.  What do you suggest for a size should I stay with medium or size up to Large.  Mostly I will be wearing it open, belted with tank.

Look at tank 'click here' measurements and cross back set in sleeve measurements on the shirt & order accordingly.
