help with mrs. prindables order direct from their site, not Q

hi i wanted to ask if anyone here has a bad experience with mrs. prindables and if so, was the issue resolved? i ordered my husband a congratulations gift from prindables website. it was supposed to be a variety of 4 petite "nut lovers" apples. well what he received was a melted mess. i was too angry last night to notice much else. i just looked at them today and they arent even the right assortment. there are 2 of the same kind and then two other types. so he got three instead of four. their website claims if you order isnt right they "make it right". i dont want more apples, i would really like a refund but i cant see that happening. anyone else have an experience similar and if so may i ask how they took care of it?
