canning tomatoes - chicken to do...

oh gosh what have I gotten myself into - I've never canned before - I have the stuff, but I'm a coward to do it...funny I pressure cook al the time...

so what did I do with all my tomatoes - I sliced them and dehydrated them...

I need an intervention...I'm such a coward....
