Your Choice-Full Flavor or Reduced Flavor?

I don't care what the calories are in something.  I do watch my weight, but I'll drop my starches that week or do something to even it out.  I would prefer a  piece of full flavor cake than something that reminded me of "what I "can't" have".

I'm with you, ECBG! If you're going to eat that piece of chocolate cake, eat the cake in all of it's glory: butter, sugar, buttercream frosting...yum! Otherwise, what's the point?

I decided a long time ago to stop the low cal dressing, and make my own vinaigrette. I want to enjoy my salad

I'm with you, I'd rather eat less then eat "lesser."

Maybe if we followed the Dolly Parton diet.  She said she eats anything she wants.  She just eats 1 bite of it!  I'll take 2!

I'm not sure what reduced flavor cake even is.

It depends on the item.  Usually go with less of high octane than have the low calorie version.
