Where do you buy "chicken fat" - watching Barefoot Contessa show?

I am watching an episode of Barefoot Contessa and she is making chopped liver and she browned them in "chicken fat". I saw her pour some in the pan to cook off the livers. She did not make any chicken to get the fat from so wondering is that something stores sell? I have never made these - I know DH likes liver and I would try and make this but any advice on where I would get this would be appreciated. My mom always browned them in bacon drippings. Thanks!Smile
