I make potato pancakes during Lent.  My Mom taught me her Mom's Polish recipe.  One of these days I have to measure things and write it down. 

 

On the 16th I will make corned beef and cabbage, fingerling potatoes, tri-colored carrots.  I do it so DH can take to work on St Patrick's day.

just had a note from Freddie. She had the PET scan today but won't know the results til next Wednesday when she sees her pulmonary Doctor.

She said she takes two steps and can't breathe. She didn't say where the little ones are and I'd bet she drove herself to Drs office.

She said she just wasn't up to posting every day and said I had her permission to say how miserable she feels.

Friday's is fish other than that nothing special.

 

Although, cabbage was $.19/lb this week so I made my fav comfort food - stuffed cabbage w/sauerkraut. Hubby hates it so I freeze small portions for me (and extra for company) when I feel like something good!
