They've been showing up lately under the "as-is" items under #K307375 (type that into the search engine) for $11.50 + $5.00 shipping.  I just picked up 2 for myself, and 2 more for gifts.  Don't know how long they may be available.  You can also search under original item# K42922, but they show up on a waitlist.  Hope this helps.

FYI -  the SIlicone Inserts are back in stock in black or red.
