I have blithely ignored my sodium intake for years, even though I'm on blood pressure med. I don't think its particularly high, I don't salt anything at the table. But let one person you know have a stroke and suddenly sodium can't be ignored anymore. Does anyone know how much sodium there is in a serving or in a whole rotisserie chicken from the grocery store deli? Our state doesn't require labeling info on deli foods prepared right in the store.
