I purchased the SAF yeast that some of you recommended.

I used it for the first time today.

I prepped the dough for cinnamon raisin bread, then went upstairs to deal with my messy closet and some laundry. When I stepped out of the bedroom, the whole house smelled like yeast - not that weird yeast smell that I've sometimes noticed, but the most beautiful fragrance which immediately reminded me of my grandma's house.

The dough rose in an hour. I prepped the cin bread and it rose again in an hour. The loaves are in the oven as I write this.

That looks so good, can you share the recipe please? 

p.s. How about topping it with some of that runny white icing like how you could get it at the old A&P stores did from years ago.
