Suggestions for container to store meat to marinate over night.

Today ,I cooked for the first time bulgoi beef for DH. He stated it was very good but all of the meat was not covered with spices. I need something to lay the meat flat and to invert the container instead of opening and stiring the meat. DH lived in L.A. back in the mid 70's and still talks about the Korean restaurant on whiltshire blvd that had the best bulgoi beef. A friend from spouse work gave us a recipe off the internet and he indicated this was almost like what the restaurant served. I did not know how to cook it and used a non stick fry pan. I almost used my hamilton beach grill but was worried about over cooking the meat. I appreciate your help and suggestions.
