I know that you like the Flame line from Technique.........And I was wondering if you have the oval grill pan that is on clearance......{#emotions_dlg.confused1} There are such mixed reviews, but I am in the market for a grill pan, for steaks and burgers, for broiling in my electric oven......Can you help...........{#emotions_dlg.blush} I enjoy the Flame chicken roaster, as you know, and I like to use orange/pineapple juice in the center well, and then use a spicy rub, from Penzy's of course, on the outside of the chicken.......Not a big chicken eater, but do get a hankering every now and then........{#emotions_dlg.laugh}

I am still waiting to come to Gettysburg, and take a horse ride around.......I just love Civil War history.............Cool
