I have seen pans lately - something like muffin pans - to make baked donuts --- anyone see these or use them? They would be somewhat healthier (I guess) as you bake them in the oven instead of frying. Since I am a donut freak, and try not to eat them but rarely, I am interested in this.
Anyone have first-hand knowledge of these? And also, do you have recipes to go with?
