NuWave Oven Owners

Is anyone else having difficulty signing in to the NuWave Recipes page: I keep getting my 'application' rejected saying that my oven model no. is wrong, but I know the number itself is correct and I've tried every way of forming them possible. So, I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and had it resolved.

I know when they asked for my serial # I had to type it 3 of 4 different ways to get them to recognize it, finally got in to join by giving a user name and password. Since then I have had no trouble.

Are U a first time sign up? I had to type it with a space, without a space, with the first letter without the first letter on and on till I found the way they wanted it typed.
