Menu Plans for a week-help with ideas

My mother is coming for a week. I like to cook the day's meals on a theme.

So far I have menus that work well for:

1. Tex Mex: Lunch-chile Dinner

2. Japanese Steak house: Lunch-salad with ginger dressing, Miso soup Dinner: teruyake salmon & vegetables

3. Italian: Lunch-fish stew Dinner-Tuscan chicken

4. Chinese: lunch-egg fu yung Dinner-stir fry

5. UP Finnish-Mojukka or pasties

Any themes & ideas for the other 2 days?
