@MKR14, I have 2 Cornish Hens ready to try tonight.  Do you think I could put both in the air fryer if I laid them on their sides & rotated them a couple time during the times & temps you indicated?  I also made a fabulous cornbread salad to go with it tonight.  Can't wait!

@BornToShop I had just one Cornish game hen in as it was pretty plump. If you put two in you would need to swap them around probably every quote minutes to be sure they evenly cooked. You could make one and then start the next one and finish up your setting the table and other things for your supper. They stay hot quite a while being cooked in the air fryer. I just would put some aluminum foil tented over it. To be safe and not take so long trying to cook two I would do just one. You could always cook the other one tomorrow if not needed for supper. One feed me and my husband easily and I had some left for a sandwich the next day. I turned mine over the last 10 minutes so the skin wasn't soft on the bottom. Delicious! Let us know how they come out.

A larger air fryer may do both but it would be pretty tight with Emeril's for two. Smiley Happy

MEGA Thanks, MKR NY!!  That will help a lot.  Now I know to put the temp on 400 and I will play around with the timing.  So appreciate you taking the time to provide that info.  It should be helpful with anything else frozen I may want to try.

Again, many thanks!!!

Re: Love Emeril's Air Fryer

[ Edited ]

@Wackers3 Makes cooking in the air fryer more fun. Those roasted carrots I made I am going to make again tomorrow. Me liking carrots-I never thought that would happen!

My husband just bought a frozen 3# Turkey Roast that is dark and white meat. I am unthawing it now so I can make it tomorrow or Wednesday. I like to unthawing any meat first as we get a good flavor to it. I will rub this with olive oil and sprinkle with some of our favorite seasonings. I think I will cook it at 325-350 degrees and will adjust my time. I will flip it over and brown the bottom also when almost done.i will use a meat thermometer to be sure it is throughly cooked. I will let it set for 15-20 minutes and make something to go with it in the air fryer while it rests.

Just post if you have any questions and if I can't answer it there are good friends here that will. Glad the times and temperatures I posted helped. Smiley Happy

@MKR14, the Cornish Hens turned out spectacular!  I air fried them seperately based on your recommendation and I thank you for your insight!  I just got my EVO mister today and I cannot wait to try it.  There was an insert in my package showing the two smaller 8 oz that EVO offers.  I hope QVC will be carrying these in the near future!

@BornToShop Awesome! Glad they were so good. We couldn't get any Cornish game hens today so got a 3# Honeysuckle Brand  turkey breast instead. I will keep track of how I make it and time needed in the air fryer and post for others. I am glad we help each other with things on here. I would love the two pack of the EVO as the big one is a little bigger than what I wanted. Several places online carry the two pack also. I can pass the larger one I have onto my daughter later. The one I got is not available here right now.

It was pretty impressive how good the Cornish game hens came out I was impressed when I made mine. Smiley Happy

@MKR14

@BornToShop

I am chiming in from the dark side of the unfortunate without an air fryer.  I did purchase a two pack of 8 oz/each bottles without any writing on at Kitchen Kapers earlier in the year.  If you have one of these stores nearby and you want them, I am sure they still have them.

You all make my mouth water with your yummy air fried food.

@CLEM Hello.Just think what you will be able to make when you do reinvest in an air fryer in the future.You will be a Pro!  Thanks for the Kitchen Kapers hint. Wish we had a store around here like that. Walmart has a set of two for $19.99 on their site right now.

I wanted to make my turkey roast today but it will have to wait until tomorrow. My pancreatitis is acting up and I waiting to hear back from the specialist I see. The roast is still unthawing anyways in the refrigerator.

Take care and keep following us and take some notes. Ha! I may invest in a larger one also and still keep this one but it probably would be another one of Emeril's. I am sure he will have one in the future. I can't get over how much my husband loves it. That's good. He has lost 20 pounds now. As soon as this pancreatitis bout passes again I will get to exercising myself when my Nano Gym gets here next week. Take care. Smiley Happy

@MKR14  Just checking in to see how you are doing.  Hope your pancreatitis flare up is flaring downwards and you are better today.
