I've never tried cooking a prime rib and would like to know if anyone has a recipe for preparing one that comes out "restaurant quality". Local eateries around where I live seem to think that prime rib equals "practically burnt roast beef". I'd only be doing a small one as there's just my wife and I. Anybody????
