What the heck?  I've never ordered food from QVC and now I know why. Good luck, maybe you can work some magic that.  Bet it wasn't cheap either.

Looks like they ran out of the bags that you are suppose to  bake them in .Sure would call customer service and complain  and get a refund ,especially not very healthy to be just placed in a baggie with a twist tie.The pictures you posted is enough to show them they weren't packaged correctly in those seal bags .

Once had MANY  chunks of dry ice on a product not even in protective bags ,was thankful I knew not to touch ,but called  QVC cause how would they known what customers are receiving from vendors,wanted to refund my cost but knew the product would be ok as they were in boxes but just had to wait till dry ice melted to get boxes out without injuries.

I ordered them and they came as shown but when you take them out of the plastic bag with the twist tie they are individually bagged as shown (at least mine were).  You remove the plastic they are in to bake them.
