Wow....my reply didn't post!! I was agreeing with you about the Repair Kit! Crazy! They can go ahead & send it to me though. After using mine for 15 mos with no probs, I'm not really concerned,

Check numbers! I'll do that as soon as I finish the coffee I just brewed in my old mini!

The TSV from a few weeks ago looked on screen a little different from either of the two minis I use. Maybe they redesigned already?

MFitz I too agree with you about the Repair Kit. Perhaps they give you an option to get repair kit or to return the Keurig. Then again, I'm no good as a fixer so I'll see what this repair kit is all about. LOL

BuyTheBay I've not had any problems either so if the two Keurigs I have are on the list I will definitely see what the repair kit is about. It may be the easier way to go rather than returning. I'd have to get boxes, don't own a car...etc. However, when I had to return the two Duraflame minis for their recall I was fortunate to still have kept the boxes and returned them. Again..such decisions.

I bought a personal in November from QVC and it is on the list for the recall. The rep that told someone that they spoke with Keurig and the ones on QVC are not on there...that is not correct because my serial number is on there. I would like to know if qvc will be paying for return shipping. They need to call Keurig again; because the ones they are selling are on the list of recalls.

ByTheBay - agreed, a repair kit is crazy! I've only had my brewer for a few weeks and used only about five times with no problem, but I have only brewed one cup at a time. It's best to return since it is still in the return window in case I run into problems down the road. I believe QVC should pay for the return shipping, but as the rep told me, she wasn't sure they would.

I wish QVC would give their customers the correct information. These machines ARE on the recall list and the Q should be honest and informed and refund the shipping costs to their customers. This is just good customer service.

When I had to return the Duraflame for that recall, QVC did reimburse for the return postage. I think they may have sent me the label if I'm not mistaken. Either way I also agree that QVC should pay for the return.

Below is the response I got. I have my doubts since the model number is on the Keurig recall list. Thank you for emailing QVC. Recently, Keurig has notified the Consumer Product Safety Commission of a small occurrence with K10 personal brewers leaking potentially hot liquid. If a customer has heard about this K10 personal brewer issue, please reassure our customers that the TSV from 12/10, K41322 is not part of the issue. It has been a pleasure assisting you. I hope you're having a wonderful holiday season! Regards
