I have the PRIME light on. I looked in my manual, days to remove water reservoir and fill and replace it. Did that...wasnt low on water but filled it anyway. Still have error. I have now unplugged it and will try again. I emailed Keurig CS and reply was to call CS. I didn't have time this afternoon. Anyone had this and how was problem solved?
