We bought the George Foreman Smokeless Grill that has the digital screen where you can control temperature and cook time. First time out of the box we burned grilled cheese sandwiches. We were so disappointed but not ready to give up. The problem is there's nothing to help us know how long to cook something or how to tell if it's done. We particularly wanted to know about steak doneness. Does anyone have a general guide or even better, some tried and true recipes? All the recipes we've seen so far are not designed for this specific grill. Thanks!
