I also got my InstaPot on Amazon a few months ago and I paid $99 for it - that was a steal.  Anyone on the fence about this - you will get so much use out of this easy to use item - just read the reviews.

Wow, that is a fantastic price!  For those that may have been thinking about getting a pressure cooker I hope you hurry and scoop up that deal as it is a phenomenal appliance!

Was curious, went to the Big A site, sat on the riverbank and examined several different models of the Instant Pot, where  the first one shown on the list is priced  at approx. $79 or so.  How does one know which model is best?  And I think I would want the stainless steel interior piece, which costs around $35 as an add-on.
