I am so jonesing for a cubano sandwich!

Had this at a restaurant before my mobility issues, and since I'm also horizontally challenged, I'm thinking of pressing pickle slices, shredded ham and a thinly sliced pork chop inside a hoagie smeared with Laughing Cow light creamy swiss in my sandwich grill. Sound like a decent idea?
