@MKR14  Sorry this thing is not up to snuff.  But I read quite a number of reviews that say the same thing.  I just received mine but haven't opened it yet.  Will probably return it also, but perhaps keep the book.

I haven't opened mine yet.  After reading posts here and so many 1-star reviews at HSN, I'm sending mine back too.  I have the HSN credit card, so the return will be fairly inexpensive (will be credited $5)...assuming there's a return label and it isn't going to California!!!

 

The "hand wash" and the fact that I can't stand Puck should have kept me from making the purchase in the first place.

 

I have a handheld OXO spiralizer and nothing to keep me from using it.
