I have to rely on frozen fruit. I usually get berries, but the only way I've been using them in smoothies and sauces, because when they defrost, they're mushy and swimming in juice.
Is thre any way to defrost them but kep them relatively solid? I'd like to toss them in salads and even cereals.
Thanks for your help!
