Converting food temperatures and times in the Nu Wave Oven

Help! I got my nu wave home and there doesn't seem to be a conversion for the crossiants and other foods sold on QVC, as well as other frozen entries, cookies in fridge section of grocery stores, etc.. Can anyone please help me?

How do I cook foods bought from QVC, eg. crab cakes, coissants on the Nu=wave, times especially?  Some of these foods require temps of 425 degrees and higher.
