Whoever started the discussion on these a few weeks ago I thank you so much. I ordered these from Amazon and got 12 for 18.41 and made the first batch last night. OMG, it is delicious and between me and my 3 sons, we ate the whole pan. All it takes is the mix, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/4 cup water, and a can of cream corn - no eggs. It was delicious. Perfect side dish for Spanish rice, stuffed peppers, beans, lots of things. The package suggests scooping with ice cream scooper but I just cut into squares and it is so moist you wouldn't believe it. I think next I will get their 24 packages of seasoning mix. Just thought I would pass along.
