Anybody already tried Kraft Fresh Take ?

I bought the Southwest 3 cheeses and would like to try it today. I just says mix , coat and bake. So, do you need to season the chicken before coating? I'm thinking if the coating is seasoned enough , salting the chicken might make it too salty.
