$7.20 per lb. organic turkey

There was a story on our local news recently about a man who has an organic turkey farm. This is in western Kentucky and a lot of people have lost jobs and times are tough financially. Anyway, this guy raises his turkeys free-range, no antibiotics, no pesticides etc. I think all of that is great but at the end of the story they said the meat was $7.20 a pound. I just started thinking about it again and wondered if anyone would pay that much for a turkey.
