Received it today. Color is beautiful but the metalwork on the two outer stones is completely misshapen -- sending back for an exchange on the Q's dime.
Sorry you got a wonky ring, but glad you will be happy when they solve the problem for you, Good for you for sending it back for another. At least you got a good look at the stones.
Hope it works out the second time around; I'm certain it will.
