I ordered the new Honora studs in Cherry several hours before they were shown on air. However, although many others received their cherry studs, mine were put on backorder. When I called CS they had very little info to give me. How does this happen? The point being that I ordered them early, before being shown. Not a happy camper. Has anyone else heard of this happening?
