'Twas the Night Before Ripka!

It is that time of year again, so I thought I would post again for our new Ripka sisters. Enjoy! Fran

‘Twas the Night Before Ripka

By

The Atlanta Ripkanistas

‘Twas the night before Ripka and all through the Q

Not a creature was stirring except you know who;

The Spanx were hung by the chimney with care;

In hopes the UPS man soon would be there.

The ‘nistas were waiting all snug in their beds;

While visions of easy pays danced in their heads;

With Big Mamma Bagel protecting her brood;

Nothing, no nothing could spoil the mood.

When on the TV there arose such a clatter;

Ripkanistas sprung from their beds to see what was the matter;

Away to the TV they flew like a flash,
Then tore open green pouches to check on their stash.

The moon on the breast of the midnight show,
Gave lustre to all Ripka for her subjects below,
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a Curb Link so stunning, my eye shed a tear.

With Ricky “D”, so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment he wasn’t St. Nick!
More rapid than eagles his descriptive words came,
And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name;

"Now, Bagel! Now, Blondie! Now, Turtle and Sis!
On,‘Tanic! On Sassy! On Pearls by the fist!
To the top of the hour! To the end of the day!

Now Easy Pay! Clearance! It’s just a dollar a day!"
