TJMAX question

Has anyone heard of TJ Max selling CZ's in place of the gemstone in a piece of jewelry? That is, it is labeled a particular gemstone, but actually is a CZ. Appreciate any feed back. By the way, when I was there last weekend they had the Barbara Bixby rings that were Ease-west set pink or blue oval with gemstones on the sides of the cabachon. They only had size 6's.
