Received OTO Pia

It is beautiful! I did receive an obvious return, but I could only tell that because of packaging. The actual bracelet looks brand new and was probably returned because the sapphires are very dark...almost black. I think I will keep it anyway but at full price I would have returned for sure. My question for all of you that own it....I am curious did anybody receive the beautiful blue sapphires in the on-line picture/presentation. I'm also curious if any of you actually got the free shipping offered when this was an OTO? I contacted CS twice and they will not refund the shipping cost. I would be fine with that except they said free shipping and I just want to know if everybody was treated the same way...it bother me in principle if some did and some didn't Thanks and hope you all got a good one!!

P.S. I did see the 'real' Pia in the Vegas store and it is fun to see just how simliar it is the the Q version. Enjoy!
