Question on TSV watch size vs. silicone watch

I've been looking at everyone's great watch photos and have a quick question: I have the silicone watch, its case is 1 1/2 inches....as is the TSV case. Many of you have said the TSV is a big watch, which may be true if you have a small wrist. I'm very tall and have a larger wrist, 7 1/2 inches, and the silicone watch case/face on me appears average to small on me. Is this TSV roughly the same size of the silicone watch as it appears on your wrist? Thanks.
