You and I have been having the same experience with the turquoise Monaco ring. I ordered and returned three, asked for a manual pull on the fourth one which was so very awful. My heart was so set on this ring, I actually ordered a fifth, which had matrix so bad in the middle, the turquoise stone was actually broken in two places. Being tenacious -- and totally in love with this ring -- I ordered a sixth. It arrived today. It's a return, but in perfect condition....and no matrix. Perfect in every way. Part of me thinks I'm nuts to keep ordering, but the other part of me is so happy I did. Turquoise is my signature color and stone. This I will wear until the day I die. Hang in there, girl! Miracles do happen!!!
