Thought this update was very fitting since today is the one year anniversary of the storm. Well I can finally say that we have two new rooms of furniture. Yay! We just received two new bedroom sets, our master bedroom and a spare bedroom. We don't know ourselves! We now actually have dressers and drawers to use instead of living out of boxes and bags. Yay again! We still have quite a way to go to complete these rooms and need rugs, lamps etc, but we are on our way. The rest of the house is not complete, including the kitchen and two other rooms, but at least it is starting to look more like a home than a construction zone. For which we are very thankful especially since there are still so many who are displaced or far from completion.
