More than just tarnished!!!!

I live in Florida, very close to the Gulf. My sterling is more than mildly tarnished due to so much moisture and humidity. I have soaked in Precious jewelry cleaner to no avail. I love Michael Dawkins' jewelry but afraid it is now ruined. HELP. What will make them look new again?
